Navigating the many transitions in this current situation may take a toll on us: Many of us feel overwhelmed and anxious. Turning to the usual coping mechanisms like alcohol, TV or online shopping doesn’t really alleviate that sensation of discomfort. It’s just a short time, sort of patch fixture (it’s not even that but that would be a whole other story;)).
