Take 30 minutes to reset and recover neck, shoulders and ribcage

Tension and discomfort tend to build up during the day or the week – but you don’t need to keep holding on to it. The good news is: It doesn’t take much, to release tension and soften in the body. But you gotta do it, no one can do it for you. So maybe take some time this week and practice with me.
