Maybe Corona has you sitting down even more than usual. Which isn’t necessarily bad but it might start to feel a little rusty in the body after a while. Or tight. Or you get this sense of being a caged animal – very uncomfortable. Moving in a way which stimulates your fascia is not only beneficial for your physical health but also your overall wellbeing. It doesn’t take much or long – just that little bit every other day can make a huge difference! Go see for yourself as you practice along.
